How PennyPlate, published by idevali, handles your information.
Accounts and app data
Firebase Authentication processes account information such as your email, display name and basic Google sign-in identity. We use your account identifier to provide credits, purchases, cloud features and account support. Password authentication is handled by Firebase.
Meal plans, pantry lists and recipes are stored locally. Optional cloud backups and household sharing upload the data you choose to share. When you import a recipe with AI, the pasted recipe text is sent through our cloud service to Runware. Grocery prices are editable estimates, not live retailer prices.
AI processing
AI requests are processed by our Firebase backend and Runware. Only submit material you have permission to use. AI results can be inaccurate and should be reviewed. Our cloud-generated result files are scheduled for deletion after seven days; this does not describe Runware's separate retention practices.
Credits, purchases and ads
We store credit balances, reward progress, purchase verification and transaction records to operate the service and prevent fraud. Google Play processes Android purchases. AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, advertising interactions and consent information to deliver and measure rewarded ads. Test advertising may be used while an app is in testing; ad availability is not guaranteed.
Sharing and service providers
Google/Firebase, Google Play, AdMob and Runware process information to provide authentication, storage, AI, payments and advertising. Optional household sharing in PennyPlate makes shared data available to household members. Data may be processed outside your country, including our cloud backend in the United States.
Retention and your choices
Account data and optional backups are retained until you remove them or request deletion. Limited payment, security and fraud-prevention records may be retained where necessary. Local files remain on your device unless you remove them. You can use local tools without uploading content, choose whether to use optional cloud features, and request account deletion without reinstalling the app.

Children and changes
These apps are not designed specifically for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies this version.
