Frequently Asked Questions

How do guests connect using the generated QR card?

Guests can simply point their native iPhone Camera or Android Camera / QR Scanner at the printed card or table tent. A prompt will appear saying "Connect to Wi-Fi [Network Name]" — tapping it connects them instantly without typing the password.

What encryption protocols are supported?

WiFi QR Studio supports WPA/WPA2/WPA3 Personal, WEP, and Open (unencrypted) networks. It also supports Hidden SSIDs.

How do Table Tent Cards work?

The Table Tent generator formats your Wi-Fi details onto an A4 document with designated cut guides and fold lines. Once printed on cardstock or standard paper, fold along the dotted lines to create a free-standing 3D card for cafe tables, hotel rooms, or reception desks.

Camera Scanner Permission

To scan Wi-Fi QR codes, ensure Camera permission is allowed. If the camera doesn't start, go to Android Settings > Apps > WiFi QR Studio > Permissions and grant Camera access.

Adding Custom Logos

You can embed any square or transparent PNG/JPEG logo into the center of your QR code. WiFi QR Studio uses High Error Correction (Level H - 30% redundancy) to ensure the code remains 100% scannable even with a logo badge.
