Location Permission & Satellite Lock

Speedo HUD requires Location permission to compute GPS speed. If the satellite badge shows "SEARCHING", ensure your phone has a clear view of the sky (e.g. mounted on the car dashboard or windshield) and that device Location / GPS is toggled on.

Using HUD Windshield Mirror Mode

Tap the HUD button on the bottom toolbar to mirror the display. Place your phone on your car dashboard with the screen facing up toward the windshield at night for an illuminated heads-up projection.

Switching Units (MPH / KM/H / KNOTS)

Tap the unit toggle in the bottom toolbar or configure your preferred unit in the CONFIG menu.

0-60 MPH Acceleration Benchmark

Open the 0-60 benchmark panel and come to a complete stop (0 MPH). The timer arms automatically and starts the millisecond clock the instant forward movement is detected.
